You might remember that I wrote a post a while back called “Why Things Go Wrong On Kickstarter“. It involved an amazingly unbelievable nano droid called the ‘Zano’ – which you would have been completely correct in finding unbelievable, because it turned out to not be possible. At least, not then. And not for the time being either.

I mention this because the SSLs blog has put together an infographic of failed crowdfunding campaigns. And I think it’s well entertaining:

The ZANO doesn’t feature on there, sadly. But I’m not sure that you can compare a nano droid project to an Indiegogo campaign to build Minas Tirith in southern England for £1.8 billion…
